Thoran is an integral pert of Kerala meals. It can made with most vegetables or comibation the usual ones being beans, carrot, cabbage, cauliflower etc. Any where, any time you order Kerala meals there will be one or two thoran or vegetable stir fry with it. In my house mostly for lunch or dinner, there will be a Non veg curry, vegetable thoran and moru curry. The combination is a sure hit 🙂 Check out Beans Carrot thoran, simple recipe, super easy to make and tastes good 🙂
