Strawberry Pannacotta Recipe
Ingredients:
For Pannacotta:
- Heavy Cream – ½ cup
- Milk – ½ cup
- Gelatin – ¾ tsp (unflavored)
- Cold Water – 1 ½ Tbsp
- Sugar – 3-4 tsp
For Sauce:
- Strawberry – 6-8
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Water – 3 Tbsp
(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level)
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)
Take cold water and add gelatin into it and mix well.
Wait for 5 min or till gelatin blooms well.
In a pan take milk, heavy cream and sugar. When its about to boil remove it from stove
Add ¾ of the bloomed gelatin prepared and mix well so that it dissolves fully and allow it to cool down.Pour it in one or 2 short serving glass and chill it for 5 to 6 hrs.
For the strawberry sauce cut the strawberry into small pieces
In a pan take strawberry, sugar and water.
Cover it and cook till its soft.
Once its cooled grind it to a smooth paste and chill it
Once the pannacotta is set pour a layer of sauce on the top. Serve and enjoy!!!!!!
