Chocolate Truffles

 

White Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • White Chocolate – 300g (compound/chocolate chips)
  • Heavy Cream – 100 ml
  • To decorate – Rain drops, billions & zillions

 

 

Method:

Take the milk chocolate and finely chop it and take it in a glass bowl

Heat the cream, no need to bring it to boil and pour it over the chopped chocolate. Leave it for 2-3 mins. Now gently mix until all chocolate is melted. If chocolate has not melted, you can microwave it for 30 sec and stir so that its smooth.

Cover it and leave it in the fridge until its firm

Using a small ice cream scoop, take small portions of chocolate mixture. Roll it with your palms to get a smooth finish.

Roll the truffles in billions and zillions or anything u feel to decorate with (chopped nuts, icing sugar, desiccated coconut etc). Serve and enjoy!!!!!!
