Green Grapes Pannacotta Recipe

 Ingredients:

For Pannacotta:

  • Heavy Cream – ½ cup
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Gelatin – ¾ tsp (unflavored)
  • Cold Water – 1 ½ Tbsp
  • Sugar – 3-4 tsp

 

For Grape Sauce:

  • Seedless Grape – 1 cup
  • Sugar – 1 tsp
  • Water – 2 Tbsp

 

(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml

Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level)

 

Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)

Take cold water and add gelatin into it and mix well.

 

Wait for 5 min or till gelatin blooms well.

 

In a pan take milk, heavy cream and sugar. When it’s about to boil remove it from stove

 

Add bloomed gelatin and mix well so that it dissolves fully and allow it to cool down.

 

Pour it in one or 2 short serving glass and chill it for 3 to 4 hrs.

For the grape sauce cut the each grape into halves

 

In a pan take grapes, sugar and water and cook till its soft.

 

Remove it from stove and allow it to cool down.

 

Grind it a smooth paste and chill it

 

Once the pannacotta is set pour a layer of grape sauce on the top. Garnish with some cut fruits. Serve and enjoy!!!!!!
