Peanut Roast Recipe
Ingredients: (Serves 1)
- Raw peanut – ½ cup
- Salt
- Water
(Note: 1 Cup = 250ml)
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)
Take peanut in a bowl
Add water and salt and mix so that all peanut becomes wet well
Drain the water from the peanuts
Take the wet peanuts in a microwave safe bowl
Keep it in the microwave
Microwave in high power for 2 ½ minutes
Take the bowl out and mix peanuts well
Again microwave for another 2 ½ minutes. Add salt and mix well.
Allow the peanut to cool completely. When u take the peanuts out from microwave you will feel its only 80-90 % cooked. Once it cools down completely its cooked fully and becomes very crispy. Also the cooking time varies with the oven temperature also. Vary the time which suits your oven to get it cooked perfect.
