What was your favorite tea time snack during your childhood days? Trying to recollect? Mutta churul was one of mine 🙂 My Mum used to prepare it a lot during our school days. We always wanted something heavy and sweet back from school and this was the perfect match for it. This is again one of the easiest snack you can prepare for your little ones. Its simple, easy and is very quick to make.

My wife has a big sweet tooth and always wants to try something new. I read your website. It was simple recipe so I thought of sharing with her. She tried these pan cakes and was very happy. They tasted nice, were crisp and fluffy. She tried the roasted almond and cherry topping for extra sweetness and a bit of crunch. I liked it too. Rather this is something that we both agree for a change.
Thanks to you.
Dear Manoj,
Nice to know both of you liked the recipe. I will also try your input for a different taste and thanks for sharing your feedback!!!!
Cheers
Vimmy
