Beat the egg well. Add it to the maida and add salt
Slowly add water, mix well and make it to smooth batter.
Heat a flat nonstick pan and pour the batter ( approx 5 tbsp) and spread it to a circular shape. Cook it for a min or two min in medium flame
Now flip the dosa and cook for few seconds
For the filling part heat a pan and add grated coconut and sugar. Keep stirring in low flame for a min or two till sugar melts and coconut turns to cream color.
Add cardamom powder and remove from stove.
Put 1 tbsp of coconut mix in the middle of dosa prepared and roll it.
