Mango Smoothie Recipe


 

Ingredients:

  • Ripe Mango – 1 cup (chopped)
  • Yogurt – ¼ cup
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Sugar – 2-3 tsp (optional)
  • Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
  • Ice cubes – ½ cup
  • Honey – 1 Tbsp

 

(Note:  1 Cup = 250 ml

Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level)

 

Method:

Take mango, yogurt, milk, sugar, vanilla essence, honey and ice cubes in a blender and blend until its smooth.

Pour into glasses and put a layer of fresh cream on the top. Serve and Enjoy!!!!!
