Chocolate Biscuit Pudding

Ingredients: (Serves 3-4)

  • Chocolate Bar – 1 bar (80g)
  • Milk – 3 Tbsp
  • Cocoa powder – 3 tsp
  • Whipping Cream – ½   cup
  • Powdered Sugar – 2 Tbsp
  • Marie Biscuit – 10-15
  • Warm milk – ½ cup
  • Chocolate shavings – 3 tsp
  • Roasted Nuts – 3 tsp

 

(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml

Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level

Vary the amount of ingredients as per the serving glass used)

Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)

 

  • To make the cream, keep the steel bowl, whisk of the hand mixer and whip cream in the freezer for 10 mins. Pour the whip cream in the cold bowl. Add sugar. Whip in medium to high speed till cream doubles in volume and soft peaks are formed.
  • Break the chocolate bar and take in a microwave safe bowl. Add 3 Tbsp of milk and microwave for 30 sec 30 sec. Increase time if required
  • Add melted chocolate and cocoa powder to the cream prepared and mix well
  • Take 2-3 short glasses, put a layer of chocolate cream prepared
  • Take marie biscuit one by one, in a spoon. Dip it in warm milk and place it over the chocolate cream in the serving glass. (Place 3-4 biscuit so that a good layer of biscuit is formed)
  • Repeat the chocolate cream layer and biscuit layer and finally the chocolate cream layer so that glass is filled to the top.
  • Add the remaining chocolate shavings and chopped nuts on the top. Chill it and your yummy dessert is ready
