- White Candy – 200g
- Roasted Cashew nuts/Almonds
- Oil – For greasing
(Note: Instead of white candy you can take chocolate chips or chocolate slabs
Take roasted dry fruits of your choice)
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)
Take the white candy in a microwave safe bowl.
Melt the candy in the microwave. Heat for 30 sec at a time. Give a good stir and again heat for 30 sec. Repeat till chocolate is completely melted. ( For me it took 1.5 mins)
Take the silicon chocolate molds and grease it with little oil.
Break the roasted cashews into small pieces and into each mold put 4-5 pieces
Pour the melted chocolate into each mold. If you notice any air bubbles coming up, pop it with a tooth pick.
Keep it in the fridge for 4-5 hrs till chocolate is fully set. Carefully remove it from the molds and serve. Make sure that the chocolate is fully set before you remove it from the mold, else you may not get the correct shape of the mold.
