Egg Chops Recipe
Ingredients:
- Hard boiled eggs – 2
- Boiled Potato – 2 Medium
- Bread – 1 slice
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Chilli powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped – 2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
- All purpose flour/Maida – ½ cup
- Egg – 1
- Bread crumbs – 1 cup
- Oil – for frying
- Salt
(Note: vary the amount of chilli as per your spice level)
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pics)
Cut each boiled egg into 4 pieces
Mash the boiled potatoes. Add crumbled bread, ginger garlic paste, all spice powders, coriander leaves, salt and mix well
Apply little oil to your hands and take a small portion of it
Place the boiled egg piece, with egg yoke facing down

Spread the mixture with your fingers to cover the egg.
Now roll it in all purpose flour, dip it in beaten egg and finally roll it with bread crumbs.
All done
Fry in oil until golden brown
Serve hot with tomato sauce
