Egg Roll Recipe


 

Ingredients: (Makes – 6 Rolls)

Make the stuffing with eggs and keep it ready (Recipe here with step by step pics)

Take few slices of bread

Remove the edges (Keep the bread in fridge for some time, its easy to cut edges after that)

Take a rolling pin

Roll it well over the bread so that it becomes thin

Place 1 heaped tablespoon of the stuffing made with egg in one corner

Fold corner towards center.Fold the edges like the pic above

Wet your fingers with water and seal with edge with it.

Dip in beaten egg

Roll in bread crumbs

Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls

Turn it

Fry until its golden brown in color. Serve hot
