Crispy Cauliflower Bites Recipe
Ingredients: (Serves 3-4)
- Cauliflower Florets – 250g (Measured after making to florets)
- Egg – 1
- Spice/ Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Tomato sauce – ½ tsp
- Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
- Corn flour – 2 Tbsp
- Bread Slices – 2
- Oil – for frying
- Salt
(Note: 1 Cup = 250 ml)
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)
Make cauliflower into small florets.
Take an egg. (If you want to avoid using egg, take 1 tsp of corn flour with ¼ cup water, mix well and use it)
Add the beaten egg to the cauliflower
Add all spice powders, salt and sauces
Add corn flour and mix well
To make fresh crumbs take the bread slices in a blender
Powder it (Make sure you make fresh bread crumbs itself as it helps to make cauliflower very crispy)
Spread the bread crumbs in a plate and put cauliflowers florets on it.
Roll the cauliflower florets in bread crumbs. Press with your hands so that bread crumbs sticks well with cauliflower
Fry in oil in medium-high flame turning in between until its golden brown in color.
Remove the excess oil in a paper towel and serve hot.
