Cream Layer Dessert Recipe


 Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)

  • Marie Biscuit – 8-10
  • Roasted Almonds – a handful
  • Fresh Cream – 1 Cup
  • Chocolate Cake – 6-8 slices

 

(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml

Vary the amount of ingredients as per the size of serving glass you are using

Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)

Take the marie biscuit in a blender. Add roasted nuts to it

 

Coarsely grind it

 

Crumble the cake pieces with your fingers and keep it ready. Keep the Fresh Cream also ready (Fresh Cream Recipe click here)

Take 3-4 small glasses and put a good layer of biscuit nut powder in the bottom. On the top put a layer of fresh cream

 

On the top of it put a layer of crumbled cake. Top it with a layer of cream

 

Repeat the above steps till glass is filled to top. Serve immediate or chilled. Enjoy!!!!
