Butter Cream Recipe
Ingredients:
- Butter – 125gm (at room temperature)
- Icing sugar – 250 g
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Milk – 4 tsp
(Note: 1 Cup = 250ml )

- In a bowl take butter at room temperature and with a hand mixer beat until its creamy
- Add icing sugar, quarter at a time, mixing after each addition
- Add vanilla extract and milk (1 tsp at a time, vary the consistency as required)
- Beat well until its mixed well and becomes creamy and fluffy. Your butter cream is ready. Use it for frosting cakes, cake decoration etc.

Can we amul salted butter for icing
Hi Sakshi…..we need to use unsalted butter for icing. Any brand works fine
