Dates Roll-up cookies (Easy Cookies)

 

 

Dates Roll-up Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

• Puff pastry sheet
• Dates – 10
• Cashew nuts – 10

 

For Glazing

• Powdered sugar – 3 Tbsp
• Dried grated orange zest – ¼ tsp
• Orange juice – 2 tsp

 

Method: (With Step-by-Step pics)

Take dates and cashew nuts

 

Remove the seeds of dates

 

Place the cashew nuts inside dates

 

Cut a small portion of puff pastry, equal to length of dates and roll dates with it.

 

Place it on a baking tray. Bake in the middle rack at 200 degree for 15-20 mins or till it becomes golden brown in color

 

To make glaze take powdered sugar and orange zest

 

Add orange juice and mix well and glaze is ready

 

Take the baked rolls from oven and apply the glaze on it when the roll is still warm. Allow it o cool well. Serve and Enjoy!!!!!
