Santa Cupcakes

Ingredients:

• Chocolate Cupcakes (Recipe here)
• Strawberry – few
• Chocolate – 1 slab ( 80 g)
• Milk – 2-3 Tbsp
• Butter cream (Recipe here)

 

Method: (With Step-by-Step Pics)

Make few chocolate cupcakes (I made with my chocolate cake recipe. Recipe here). Bake it and allow to cool completely

 

Cut out the dome shape if any on the cupcakes

 

Roughly break chocolate and take in a microwave safe bowl. Add milk and microwave in high powder for 30 sec. Mix well and if required microwave again if its not melted fully. Chocolate should have a smooth consistency. Vary the amount of milk accordingly. Put a layer of chocolate on the cupcakes

 

Place a strawberry as shown

 

I made butter cream and take in a piping bag. This is the nozzle I used. (Butter Cream Recipe here)

 

Pipe a layer as shown. Your Santa cupcakes are ready. Enjoy!!!!!
