Butter Cream


Butter Cream Recipe


  • Butter – 125gm  (at room temperature)
  • Icing sugar – 250 g
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Milk – 4 tsp

 (Note:  1 Cup = 250ml )


  • In a bowl take butter at room temperature and with a hand mixer beat until its creamy
  • Add icing sugar, quarter at a time, mixing after each addition
  • Add vanilla extract and milk (1 tsp at a time, vary the consistency as required)
  • Beat well until its mixed well and becomes creamy and fluffy. Your butter cream is ready. Use it for frosting cakes, cake decoration etc.
