Bread Pizza Recipe

 Ingredients:

  • Bread – 4 Slices
  • Tomato sauce – 2-3 Tbsp
  • Onion – 2 Tbsp (small cubes)
  • Capsicum – 4-5 Tbsp
  • Chicken topping
  • Grated mozzarella cheese – 4 -5 Tbsp
  • Oregano – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 2 pinch

 

For Chicken Topping (Optional)

  • Boneless chicken – ½ cup (small cubes)
  • Water – ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Mild Chilli powder – ½ tsp
  • Tomato sauce – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 2 Tbsp
  • salt

 

 

(Note: 1 Cup = 250 ml

You can avoid using chicken, instead increase the amount of veggies of your choice

Instead of tomato sauce, you can use ready made pizza sauce)

Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)

Take a baking tray and line with butter paper. Arrange 4 slices of bread as shown

You can cut the sides to get a circle shape, its optional.

Spread tomato sauce on the bread slices

Cut onion into small cubes, separate it to pieces and spread on the bread

Put chopped capsicum (I used yellow and red ones)

Put a layer of chicken topping (to make chicken topping, in a cooker take chicken with water, ½ tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp pepper and salt. Go for 1 whistle and remove from stove. In another pan, heat oil add  1 tsp ginger garlic paste, chilli and pepper powder and sauté for a min. Add cooked chicken and sauté for 2mins. Add tomato sauce, mix well and topping is ready)

On the top, put a good layer of grated cheese

Finally sprinkle some oregano and pepper powder

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree,, 10-12 mins or till cheese melts. Your yummy pizza is ready. Enjoy!!!!
