Chicken Roll Recipe

 


Ingredients:

  • Bread – 5 Slices
  • Stuffing with Chicken (Recipe Here)
  • Egg – 1
  • Bread Crumbs – ½ Cup
  • Oil – For Frying

 

Method: (With Step-by-Step Pics)

Make the stuffing with chicken and keep it ready (Recipe here)

 

Take few slices of bread. Remove the edges (Keep the bread in fridge for some time, its easy to cut edges after that)

 

Wet your fingers with water and wet the bread slices. (Make sure the edges also become wet)

 

Place 1 heaped tablespoon of the stuffing made with chicken on wet bread slice

 

Roll it like the pic shown. Wet your fingers again and start sealing it. When you press with wet fingers bread starts sticking to each other

 

Both edges also seal in the same way


 

Fully sealed

 

All stuffed and sealed

 

Dip it in beaten egg

 

Roll in bread crumbs

 

Heat oil in a pan and fry the rolls

 

Fry until its golden brown in color. Serve hot
