Shamrock Sundae (Easy Dessert)

Shamrock Sundae Recipe

Ingredients: (Serves 3)

• Vanilla Ice-cream – 1 cup (Recipe here)
• Milk – ½ Cup
• Green food color – 2-3 drops
• Mint Extract/essence – 2-3 drops
• Whipped Cream
• Chocolate Sauce (Recipe here)
• Roasted Nuts/ Cherry

 

(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml

Vary the amount of ingredients as per the serving glass used)

 

 

Method:

• In a blender take ice-cream and milk and blend until its mixed well and is smooth
• Add in mint extract and green food color and mix well
• Take 3 short serving glasses and pour the mixture into it
• Put a layer of whipped cream on the top
• Garnish with chocolate sauce, cherry and chopped roasted nut. Serve and Enjoy!!!!!
