Chocolate Pannacotta Recipe
- Chocolate – 1 bar (80 g)
- Heavy Cream – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Gelatin – 1 ½ tsp (unflavored)
- Cold Water – 3 Tbsp
- Sugar – 2 Tbsp
- Fresh Cream, cherry & chocolate shavings – For garnish
(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level)
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)
Take gelatin. You can replace gelatin with agar agar
Take cold water and add gelatin into it and mix well. Wait for 5 min or till gelatin blooms well.
In a pan take milk, heavy cream and sugar.
Stir till chocolate dissolves completely. Switch off the stove.
Add bloomed gelatin prepared and mix well so that it dissolves fully and allow it to cool down.
Pour it in 3-4 short serving glass and chill it for 5 to 6 hrs. Once the pannacotta is set put a layer of cream and cherry and chocolate shavings on the top. Serve and enjoy!!!!!!
