Strawberry Cream Dessert Recipe
- Heavy Cream – ¾ cup
- Milk – ¾ cup
- Strawberry essence – ½ tsp
- Strawberry pulp – ¼ cup
- Pink food color – 2-3 drops (optional)
- Gelatin – 1 ½ tsp (unflavored)
- Cold Water – 3 Tbsp
- Sugar – 3-4 Tbsp
- Colored sugar crystals &Chocolate shavings – to garnish
(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level)
Take cold water and add gelatin into it and mix well. Wait for 5 min or till gelatin blooms well.
In a pan take milk, heavy cream and sugar. When its about to boil remove it from stove
Add strawberry essence and pulp and mix well
Add bloomed gelatin prepared and mix well so that it dissolves fully and allow it to cool down.
Pour it in 2 or 3 short serving glass and chill it for 3 to 4 hrs.
Once the dessert is set, put some sugar crystals and chocolate shavings on the top. Serve and enjoy!!!!!!
