Masala Corn

 

Masala Corn Recipe


Ingredients:

  • Corn – 1
  • Butter – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 pinch
  • Chilli Powder – 2 pinches
  • Chaat Masala – ¼ tsp
  • Lemon juice – ½ tsp
  • Salt

 

(Note: 1 Cup = 250 ml

Vary the amount of chilli as per your spice level)

 

Method: (With Step-by-step pics)

Take the corn in a pressure cooker. Add 3/4 cup of water and pinch of salt. Go for one whistle and remove cooker from stove. Wait for pressure to drop and remove the cooked corn. Alternatively u can cook it by putting it in boiling water in an open vessel till it gets cooked

Slice the corn kernels from the cob when its still warm

Add butter to it and mix well so that butter melts and corn kernels are separated

Add all spice powders, lemon juice, slat and mix well. Transfer to serving glass. Sprinkle a pinch of chaat masala on top. Serve hot!!!!
