Eggless Strawberry Mousse Shots Recipe
- Strawberry – 200G
- Whipping Cream – 100 ml
- Pink color – few drops (optional)
- Powdered Sugar – 5-6 Tbsp
- Grated chocolate – to garnish
(Note: Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level)
Take the strawberry in the blender and grind it to a smooth paste and keep it aside
To make the cream, keep the steel bowl, whisk of the hand mixer and whip cream in the freezer for 5 mins. Pour the whip cream in the cold bowl. Whip in medium to high speed till cream doubles in volume and soft peaks are formed.
Add the cream prepared to the strawberry, add powdered sugar, food color and mix well so that everything is combined well
Take few short glasses and spoon the mousse prepared in them.
Chill it for few hours and garnish it with grated chocolate (you can also put a layer of fresh strawberry slices on top before serving). Serve and Enjoy!!!!!
