Sausage Stir Fry

Sausage Stir Fry Recipe


  • Chicken Sausage – 500g (chicken vienna)
  • Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
  • Green chilli – 2-3
  • Onion – 2 medium
  • Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  • Kashmiri /Mild Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 2 tsp
  • Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  • Chicken/Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce – 2 tsp
  • Water – 1/3 cup
  • Oil
  • Salt


(Note: 1 Cup = 250 ml

Vary the amount of chilli as per your spice level)

Method: (With Step-by-Step pics)


Take the sausages in a pan and add enough water to cover them



Bring it to boil and continue cooking for 5-6 mins so that sausage gets cooked well.



Now remove the sausage from the boiling water and once its cooled down slice it into small pieces and keep it ready



Now heat oil in a pan and splutter fennel seeds. Add onion and grenn chilli and sauté 8-10 mins or until its golden brown in color. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 3-4 mins



Reduce the flame and add all spice powders, salt  and sauté for 3-4 mins



Add sliced sausage, tomato sauce and mix well. Add water and mix well so that masala gets coated well on all pieces.



Cover and cook for another 4-5 mins. Switch of the stove and serve hot!!!!
