Garlic Chicken

Garlic chicken and chilli chicken are my favorites in the Indo Chinese style of chicken preparation. When I was in India I used to alternatively order them whenever I visited hotels. Here I have given the gravy version of garlic chicken. It’s easy to prepare and tastes great. Now my little one also likes it a lot. He starts having chicken the moment the frying part is over 🙂 . Check it out, I am sure you will like it.

    • Dear Zonia,

Its very simple to make chicken stock. When you are cooking chicken in the pressure cooker, add ginger garlic paste, onion, pepper powder, salt add some additional water and pressure cook the same. Once chicken is cooked remove the stock and store it to use further and use the cooked chicken for fried rice, noodle, cutlet etc. Infact the easiest way is pressure cook chicken with some water and the required masala, there will be always chicken stock once chicken is cooked. Also you chicken cubes ready made available in shops, which you need to boil in water to make chicken stock. Any of the above options you can use Zonia.

      Thanks
