Pacha Manga chammanthi Recipe
Ingredients: (Serves 4-5)
- Raw mango – 1 medium sized
- Grated coconut – 1 cup
- Small onion – 4
- Ginger – ½ inch piece
- Green chilli – 3-4
- Salt
(Note : Remove 1 or 2 slices of mango if its very sour.
Vary the amount of chilli as per your spice level)

Slice mango into small pieces
Take all the ingredients in the mixie.
Grind without adding any water. If you are finding its difficult sprinkle very little water. (If you grind in the traditional arakallu it will taste best)

Remove it from the mixie and make it into a round shape. Serve with rice.
