Aloo Bhujia Toast Recipe
Ingredients:
- Bread – 2 Slices
- Tomato sauce – 2-3 tsp
- Onion – 2 Tbsp (chopped)
- Tomato – 2 Tbsp
- Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp
- Aloo Bhujia – 2-3 Tbsp
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Grated mozzarella cheese – 4 -5 Tbsp
(Note: 1 Cup = 250 ml
Vary the amount of chilli flakes as per your spice level)
Method:
- Take a baking tray and line with butter paper. Place 2 bread slices
- Spread little tomato sauce on the bread slices first
- Put chopped onion and tomato pieces
- On the top put a good layer of Aloo Bhujia
- Put little chilli flakes and chopped coriander leaves
- Now put a good layer of grated mozzarella cheese. Finally you can sprinkle little more aloo bhujia on the top
- Bake in a preheated oven in the middle rack at 200 degree, till cheese melts. Serve hot and Enjoy!!!!
