Kiwi Cream Delight
Ingredients: (Serves 3-4)
- Kiwi Fruit – 2
- Whip Cream – ½ cup
- Powdered Sugar – 3 Tbsp
- Vanilla Essence – 1 drop
- Marie Biscuit – 8
- Almonds – 1 tbsp
- Cherry – few
(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level
Vary the amount of ingredients as per the serving glass used)
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)
To make the fresh cream, keep the steel bowl, whisk of the hand mixer and whip cream in the freezer for 10 mins. Pour the whip cream in the cold bowl. Add sugar and essence. Whip in medium to high speed till cream doubles in volume and soft peaks are formed. Chill it (I added few drops of green colors, its optional)
Take the marie biscuits and almonds in a blender and make it into powder.
Cut the kiwi into small pieces
Take few short glasses and put a layer of biscuit almond powder
Put a layer of cream on it
Top it with a good layer of kiwi and few cherry
Repeat the kiwi and fruit layer, finally put a layer of cream and garnish it with cherry. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
