Garlic Roast
Garlic is always considered as a remedy for pressure. But taking it raw is very difficult. This is an easy method with the help of which garlic wont loose its medicinal value and you can have it which helps to control blood pressure. Proper diet and 2-3 roasted garlic every day can do wonders 🙂

Take few garlic pods
Separate it into cloves
Heat a pan
Once the pan is heated well, put the garlic cloves
Switch of the stove. Cover the pan with a lid. Stir once after a min or two.
Cover it for another 5-6 min so that garlic becomes soft. It should just be soft. Should not be cooked too much, else will lose the medicinal value.The cloves are big then it heat may not be sufficient for garlic to become soft. In that case in cover and cook in very low flame for 5-6 mins or till garlic becomes soft.
Allow it to cool down and store in an air tight container in the fridge. Have two or three cloves every day. It’s a good remedy for blood pressure
