Eggless Cookies Recipe
Ingredients: (Makes 13 cookies)
- All purpose flour – 3/4 cup
- Rava/Sooji – 2 Tbsp
- Baking soda – ¼ tsp
- Powdered sugar – 1/3 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Ghee – ½ cup (softened)
(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level)
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)
In a bowl mix together flour, rava, baking soda and powdered sugar
Add in vanilla essence
Add ghee little at a time and start mixing
Knead until u get a dough together (Vary the amount of ghee to get the dough. But make sure not to add too much ghee)
Keep it in the fridge for 1 hr. Remove from fridge. Apply little ghee to your hands and make it in to small balls
Place it on a baking tray. Press the top with the back of a fork
Preheat the oven to 180 degree. Bake in the middle rack for 15-20 mins or till to start getting the baked smell in your kitchen. When you take the cookies from oven it will be soft, but once it cools down cookies become crispy.
