Chocolate Ice cream
Ingredients: (Serves 3-4)
- Milk – 1/3 cup
- Cocoa powder – 3 Tbsp
- Milkmaid – 1/3 cup
- Whipping Cream – 1 cup
- Powdered Sugar – 3 Tbsp
- Vanilla Essence – ½ tsp
(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level)
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)
Take milk and coco powder in a pan and mix well with the help of whisk so that no lumps are there
Keep the pan on a stove and on low flame warm the mixture stirring continuously. Remove it from stove and allow it to cool down completely
Add milkmaid and mix well
To make the cream, keep the steel bowl, whisk of the hand mixer and whip cream in the freezer for 10 mins. Pour the whip cream in the cold bowl.
Add sugar and essence. Whip in medium to high speed till cream doubles in volume and soft peaks are formed.
Add the cocoa mixture prepared
Gently mix so that everything gets combined. Do a taste test now.
Pour it into an airtight container
Freeze it for 6hrs and your yummy ice cream is ready
