Chicken 65 Recipe
Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)
- Chicken – 400g (refer note)
- Ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Yougurt – ¼ cup
- Red food color – 2-3 drops (optional)
- Salt
- Oil – To fry
(Note: Chicken 65 can be made with bone or boneless chicken. I prefer little bones in it, so I took chicken breasts with bones and cut into small cubes.
Vary the amount of chilli powder as per your spice level.

Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)
Clean and wash the chicken pieces. Squeeze it well so as remove water well from it. Cut into small cubes.
Mix all the spices, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and salt. Add chicken pieces into it and refrigerate the marinated chicken pieces for 2-3 hrs.
Heat oil in a nonstick pan and fry the chicken pieces in medium flame in batches.
Keep turning in between so that chicken pieces are cooked well and becomes brown and crisp
Drain it on a paper towel. Serve hot.
