Stuffed Cheese Vegetable Balls Recipe
Ingredients:
- Grated Vegetables – ¾ cup
- Green chilli -1
- Turmeric – 1 pinch
- Oil – 1 Tbsp
- Bread – 4-5 slices
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Cheese – 6-7 (small cubes)
- Bread crumbs – ½ cup
- Oil – for frying
- Salt
(Note: 1 = 250 ml
You can use vegetables of your choice
Vary the amount of chilli as per your spice level)
Method: (With Step-by-step pics)
Grate or finely slice vegetables of your choice
Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped vegetables, chilli, turmeric and salt. Sprinkle little water. Cover and cook till it get cooked well and becomes soft
Roughly cut bread and take it in a blender (You can use side pieces also)
Make it into powder
Take the bread powder and add ginger garlic paste, pepper powder and sprinkle little water
Start mixing so that it forms a dough together (Sprinkle more water if required)
Take small portions of it and form into shape as shown
Keep little vegetable and a small piece of cheese cube
Bring the edges towards center and make into a ball
All stuffed
Now roll it in bread crumbs
Fry in oil until golden brown
Remove excess oil in a paper towel. Serve hot with tomato sauce
