Chicken Strips Roast Recipe
- Chicken – 250g (Boneless)
- Fennel seeds – ½ tsp
- Onion – 2 medium
- Green Chilli – 2
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Kashmiri /Mild Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tsp
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Tomato – 1 small
- Curry leaves – a handful
- Kashmiri /Mild chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – ¼ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 ½ tsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Method: (With Step-by-Step pics)
Wash chicken and press well to remove water from it. Cut chicken into small strips
Take all the ingredients to marinate. Add chicken pieces into it and mix well so that chicken pieces get coated well with masala. Keep it in the fridge for some time
Heat oil in a nonstick pan and roast the chicken in batches until its light brown in color. Remove it from the pan (when u are frying chicken add good amount of curry leaves. It gives a good flavor)
Remove excess oil from the pan leaving 3 Tbsp and splutter fennel seeds
To the pan add sliced onion, curry leaves and green chilli and sauté till onion turns brown in color
Add ginger garlic paste, all spice powder, salt and sauté for for a min or two.
Add roasted chicken and mix well.
Add sliced tomato .Cover and cook for another 5 min.
Your chicken roast is ready. Serve hot.
