Santa Claus Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- Carrot Cupcakes (Recipe here)
- Butter cream (Recipe here)
- Fondant – White, Red & Black
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pics)
Make few carrot cupcakes (I made with my carrot cake recipe. Recipe here). Bake it and allow to cool completely
Cut out the dome shape if any on the cupcakes
Roll out the white fondant and cutout circle shapes equal to the top of the cupcakes
Base is done
Make small eyes, nose, lips with black and red fondant (Apply little water with a small brush, so that fondant sticks)
I made butter cream and take in a piping bag. This is the nozzle I used. (Butter Cream Recipe here)
Pipe as shown in pic
Roll out red fondant and cut out a long triangle shape as shown
Bend the top part and place on cupcakes as shown.
Decorate it as you wish and your santa claus cupcakes are ready. Enjoy!!!!!
