Prawns Kebab Recipe
Ingredients:
- Prawns cleaned – 150 g (15 nos medium sized)
- Melted butter – 2 Tbsp
To Marinate:
- Kashmiri/ Mild chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Pepper powder – ½ tsp
- Thick Curd – 3 Tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Gram flour – 1 tsp
- Salt
(Note: Vary the amount of chilli as per your spice level)
Method: (With Step-by-step pics)
Clean the prawns. Wash and press well so as to remove water from it. (If you prefer, you can keep the head and tail of prawns)
Take all the ingredients to marinate.
Mix well so that everything gets combined well. Refrigerate the mix for 2-3 hrs

Take the marinated prawns and insert wooden skewers and arrange it on a baking tray (you can cover the baking tray with an aluminum foil)
Left over masala, pour little on each of prawns
Preheat the oven in grilling mode. Place the baking tray with prawns. Cook for 25-30 mins, turning in between and brushing butter until its golden brown. Serve hot!!!!!
