Vegetable Salad

Salad is a very healthy dish mainly consisting of pure vegetables. Salad is always accompanied with majority of heavy dishes. This is a simple and healthy salad recipe which can be served with normal meals as well as with heavy dishes.

 


Easy Vegetable Salad Recipe

 Ingredients:

  • Carrot – 1
  • Tomato – 1
  • Onion – 1
  • Green chilli – 2
  • Coconut – 2/3 cup
  • Salt

 

 

Method: (With Step-by-step pics)

Take all the ingredients.

 

Grate carrot well.

 

Slice tomato.

 

Slice onion into thin pieces in a separate bowl and squeeze it well and drain it out.

 

Take coconut and put it all together in a large plate.

 

Sprinkle salt and mix it well using hands.

 

Then add sliced green chilli and curry leaves on top of it. Mix using spoon. Serve and enjoy:)
