Crispy Prawns Roast Recipe
Ingredients:
- Prawns – 250g (cleaned)
- Onion – 1
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Green chilli – 2-3
- Oil – 3 Tbsp and for frying
- Curry leaves – few
- Salt
To Marinate:
- Egg – 1
- Pepper powder – 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Vinegar – 1 tsp
- Cournflour – 3 tsp
- Salt
(Note: Vary the amount of pepper and chilli as per your spice level)

Clean and wash the prawns
Take all ingredients to marinate. Beat the egg well. Add all other ingredients to marinate and mix well. Add cleaned prawns and mix well and keep it marinated in the fridge for one or two hour. (More the better)
Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add marinated prawns.
Roast prawns until its light brown in color and keep it aside
Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onion and saute till it becomes brown in color
Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, curry leaves and sauté for a min or two. Add all spice powders, salt and sauté for a min or two
Add roasted prawns, mix well and sauté for 2-3 min till everything is well combined.
Cook covered for another 4-5 min. Serve hot!!!!!
