Crispy Chicken Fry Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken – 500g (Boneless)
- Oil – To fry
- Curry Leaves
To Marinate:
- Kashmiri/Mild Chilli powder – 1 ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Cournflour – 3 Tbsp
- Buttermilk – 3 Tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tsp
- Salt
(Note: Vary the amount of chilli as per your spice level)

Clean and wash the chicken the boneless chicken.
Cut it into thin long strips

Mix all the ingredients to marinate. Add little water into it and make it to a paste. Add boneless chicken pieces in to it and mix well. Keep it marinated for an hour (longer the better)
Heat oil in a nonstick pan and fry chicken pieces in medium flame. Add a handful of curry leaves also when frying. It gives a special flavor.
Fry until chicken pieces are light brown in color and cooked fully. Server hot.
