Coffee Chocolate Shots
Ingredients: (Serves 3-4)
- Chocolate Cake – 7-8 slices (Recipe here)
- Coffee powder – 1 tsp
- Hot water – ¼ cup
- Chocolate shavings – 3 Tbsp
- Whipping Cream – ½ cup
- Powdered Sugar – 3 Tbsp
(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level
Vary the amount of ingredients as per the serving glass used)

Crumble the cake slices with your hands. Chocolate cake recipe here.
Take few shot glasses and put a layer of it. Spread it well so that the sides are also evenly covered
To make the cream, keep the steel bowl, whisk of the hand mixer and whip cream in the freezer for 10 mins. Pour the whip cream in the cold bowl. Add sugar. Whip in medium to high speed till cream doubles in volume and soft peaks are formed. Add coffee powder to hot water and mix well. Add it to the fresh cream prepared. Add a layer of coffee cream
Repeat it again with cake layer.
Add coffee cream so that glass is filled. Garnish with biscuit powder and cherry. Chill it and serve, your yummy dessert is ready
