Do you start with some thing and end up with some thing else? It happens quite often in my kitchen and this recipe was like that. I thought of making some thing else and I ended up with this. It tasted good and I thought its some thing good to give to kids. If you are diet conscious I don’t suggest you to try it since it has a good amount of cheese in it. The step involved are simple but I can say little time-consuming.

- Ginger garlic paste – 3 tsp
- Green Peas – ½ cup
- Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Grated cheese – ½ cup
- Corn flour – 1 Tbsp
- Water – ¼ cup
- Maida/All purpose flour – ½ cup

Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)

Heat oil 2 Tbsp of oil in a pan and add sliced onion and sauté till onion becomes soft.
Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min.
Add green peas and sauté for a min or two. (I used frozen ones)
Add chilli powder, salt and sauté for a min. Add mashed potatoes and mix well
Add grated cheese and mix well so that it gets evenly distributed.
Allow the mixture to cool. Apply little oil in your hand and make it to small balls. (You will find this step little difficult. But don’t worry about the shape, it can be done proper with the following steps)
Mix corn flour with water well so that no lumps are there. With the help of a spoon dip each potato cheese balls you made in it and then roll it with maida/all-purpose flour. Mixture wont stick any more.
Make it into medium-sized patties.
Heat a flat frying pan, grease it with oil and fry the patties.
Fry till they become golden brown in color by turning them in between. Serve hot.
