White Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:
- White Chocolate Chips – 3 Cups
- Sweetened Condensed Milk – 1 Can
- Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
- Dried Fruit/Roasted Nuts – 2 cups ( cashew nuts, raisins, peanuts, pista, cherry etc)
(Note: 1 Cup = 250 ml
Take dried fruits and roasted nuts of your choice)
Method:
Grease a pan with butter or oil and keep it ready
Take the chocolate chips and condensed milk in a pan. Heat in low flame until chocolate is melted completely. Gently stir in between (Alternatively you can heat in microwave in high power 30 sec each time until chocolate is melted. Stir after each heating)
Add vanilla essence. Keep little dry fruits and nuts aside. Add the remaining to the chocolate and mix
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared cake pan and smooth the top with the back of a greased spoon.
Put the remaining fruit and nut on top and level it. Now keep it in the fridge for one or two hours until it set. Slice it into pieces. Serve and Enjoy!!!!!
