Banana Cream Cups (Easy Dessert)
- Lemon/Vanilla Cake – 5-6 slices (recipe here)
- Banana – 2
- Cashew nuts/ almonds – 5-6 Tbsp (roasted)
- Whipping Cream – ½ cup
- Powdered sugar – 2Tbsp
- Honey – 2-3 tsp
(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
You can use cake slices of any flavor
Vary the amount of ingredients as per the serving glass used
Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level)
Crumble the cake and keep it ready. Thinly slice banana
To make the cream, keep the steel bowl, whisk of the hand mixer and whip cream in the freezer for 10 mins. Pour the whip cream in the cold bowl. Add powdered sugar. Whip in medium to high speed till cream doubles in volume and soft peaks are formed.
Take few short serving glasses and put a layer of crumbled cake
Top it with a layer of banana slices and chopped nuts
Now put a layer of cream prepared
Repeat the above 3 steps and garnish with cherry. Add a tsp of honey on the top.
Chill it. Serve and Enjoy!!!!
