Vanilla Chocolate Shots
Ingredients:
- Chocolate Cake – 5-6 slices (recipe here)
- Whipping Cream – ½ cup
- Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp
- Powdered sugar – 3 Tbsp
- White Chocolate chips – ¼ cup
- Milk – 2Tbsp
- Chocolate shavings – to garnish
(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Vary the amount of ingredients as per the serving glass used)
Method:
Crumble the chocolate cake (Chocolate cake recipe here)
To make the cream, keep the steel bowl, whisk of the hand mixer and whip cream in the freezer for 10 mins. Pour the whip cream in the cold bowl. Add powdered sugar, vanilla essence. Whip in medium to high speed till cream doubles in volume and soft peaks are formed.
Take the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Add milk and microwave in high power for 30 sec. If chocolate is not melted fully microwave again for another 30 sec.
Add it to the cream prepared. Gently mix and keep it ready
Take few short glasses and put a layer of chocolate cream prepared
Top it with a layer of crumbled chocolate cake
Repeat the above layers until glass is filled to top. Garnish it with chocolate shavings. Chill it. Serve and Enjoy!!!!!!
