Oreo Layer Dessert Recipe
Ingredients: (Serves 2-3)
- Oreo Biscuit – 8-10
- Unsalted Butter – 2 Tbsp
- Vanilla Icecream – 5-6 scoops
- Whip Cream – ¼ cup
- Powdered Sugar – 2 Tbsp
- Vanilla Essence – 1 drop
(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level)
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)
Take the oreo biscuits in a zip lock bag (This will make your work easy)
Crush it with the help of a wooden rolling pin or anything of your choice
Melt the butter in a bowl and add ¾ th of the crushed oreo biscuits into it and mix well
To make the fresh cream, keep the steel bowl, whisk of the hand mixer and whip cream in the freezer for 20 mins. Just before you start your job take it from the freezer and pour the whip cream in the cold bowl.
In medium speed start the hand mixer and slowly increase the speed. You will notice cream starts to increase in volume. Add vanilla essence and powdered sugar and continue to whisk
Continue to whisk until it almost doubles in volume and soft peaks are formed. Now the cream is ready
Take 2-3 short glasses and put a layer of oreo butter mixture into it.
On the top of this layer put a layer of icecream and put some crushed biscuit also
Take the whip cream in an icing bag and put a layer on the top so as to fill the glass. Again put some crushed oreo biscuits. Chill it for 1 or 2 hrs and serve. Enjoy!!!!!
