Hot Chocolate Recipe
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
- Cocoa powder – 2 Tbsp
- Water – ¼ cup
- Milk – 1 ½ cup
- Sugar – 4 Tbsp
- Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
- Whip Cream
(Note: 1 cup = 250 ml
Vary the amount of sugar as per your sweet level)
Method: (With Step-by-Step Pictures)
Take water in a pan
When water is heated add cocoa powder and sugar
In low flame mix well for 2 minutes till its smooth

Add milk and mix well
When the milk is about to boil remove from stove and add in vanilla essence.
Serve it in 2 glass and put a layer of fresh cream on top. Serve hot.
