Easy & Quick Lemon Rice (Kerala Recipe)

Lemon Rice

Lemon rice reminds me of my days in Bangalore. One of my colleague used to bring this for lunch. She used to bring different variety of rice, a simple chutney or a pickle and it was awesome. But some how I never used to try variety in rice until recently . I was inspired by my friend and neighbour to start making the same.

My cook stopped coming when we shifted our house and I had this phobia for cooking. Thanks to your easy recipes which saved me. Now there is a big “NO” to the idea of hiring a cook.
