In my school days every Sunday for lunch she used to prepare this curry. It hot, spicy and is with full of flavors. Rice, curd and Beef Masala used to be the combination. Its simple and very easy to prepare. Beef Masala also taste best with Ghee Rice. If you are looking for any dry recipes for beef check out Beef Stir Fry or Minced Meat Stir Fry. Dear Zonia,

I am not a great fan of potato because of which i avoid it. For this curry i feel u should not add it, because by this recipe you get a good curry.I added potato once but didnt like the taste.

Keeps happening in my house always :-) My husband loves to make this and ends up spicy. We enjoy it, but my little one wont be able to have at that time

Two ways to reduce if curry is too spicy. Either you can add curd to the curry or coconut milk. But ya the taste change to a different one, but better than having it spicy :-). One more thing, no madam, max only Chechi….gone are the madam days long back :-)
